📌 Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for our Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, distribution development, and channel sales, preferably in the solar or power sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through field sales activities

• Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners

• Drive B2B solar product sales

• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

• Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in field sales (solar / electrical / power preferred)

• Strong knowledge of distribution making & channel sales

• Experience in B2B sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned locations
