Job Description – Sales Executive

Role: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales and meet potential clients to promote company products.

• Generate new leads through market visits, references, networking, and other channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify business opportunities with dealers, distributors, interior designers, architects, and other relevant clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, orders, and follow-ups.

• Regularly update sales activities, market feedback, and lead status.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in home textiles, fabrics, furnishings, or interior products.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Strong market knowledge and willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
