Job Title - Solar EPC Operations & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Solar EPC Operations & Sales Executive to handle client coordination, sales activities, site visits, project execution support, and operational coordination for solar EPC projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, vendors, and site operations to ensure smooth project execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar EPC projects.

• Meet clients and explain solar solutions, project benefits, and costing.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with customers.

• Coordinate with customers for project requirements and documentation.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Site Operations & Project Coordination

• Conduct site visits and basic site assessments.

• Coordinate with installation teams, engineers, and vendors.

• Assist in project scheduling and daily operational activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of solar EPC systems and electrical concepts.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage field work and client handling.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or related field preferred.

• Experience in solar EPC, electrical projects, sales, or field operations is an advantage.
