Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions and heat pump systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role involves field sales, client meetings, and end-to-end deal closure.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers through site visits, cold calling, referrals, and channel partners
Promote solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted) and heat pump solutions
Visit clients, conduct meetings, presentations, and explain system benefits
Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
Coordinate with technical/design teams for site visits and system details
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Follow up with customers for orders and payments
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in solar / heat pump / HVAC / capital equipment sales
Good product knowledge of solar PV systems or heat pumps
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness for field work and client meetings
Basic computer knowledge
Must own a vehicle
Qualification
Any Graduate
Diploma / BE / BTech preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in rooftop solar (Residential / Commercial & Industrial)
Knowledge of net metering, subsidies, and solar regulations
Experience in industries like solar, construction equipment, generators, transformers, or water systems
Existing network of builders, EPCs, or corporate clients
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
