Sales Executive (Heat Pump) – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Heat Pump Sales Executive to promote and sell heat pump systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal submission, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
Visit various stakeholders including architects and consultants to promote use of our products.
Visit client sites and understand requirements
Promote heat pump solutions to hotels, hospitals, hostels, industries, gyms, and housing societies
Coordinate with technical teams for proposals.
Conduct product presentations and explain technical benefits
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic technical understanding of HVAC / Heat Pump systems
Ability to handle field sales and client meetings
Knowledge of energy-saving products will be an advantage
MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
Preferred Background

Qualification
Education : Engineering or Diploma
Minimum 2–10 years of sales experience preferred
