Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across target segments:

  • Industries (steel, cement, auto, pharma, FMCG, etc.)

  • Electrical contractors & EPC partners

  • Infrastructure & real-estate projects

  • Large retailers and distribution partnersshreenm

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, online portals, and industry networks.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and techno-commercial discussions on our portfolio (Polycab wires & cables, 3M jointing kits, switchgear, lighting, etc.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure and payments.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, project heads, consultants).

• Track RFQs, tenders, and upcoming project opportunities in the region.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and customer database in CRM/HRMS (e.g., Keka or similar).

• Coordinate internally with sales support, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

• Represent the company at industry meets, trade fairs, and client events as needed.
