Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client visits, conducting property site tours, and assisting prospective buyers throughout the sales process until deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and coordinate with prospective clients regarding property visits.
Take clients to project sites and explain property features, pricing, and benefits.
Build strong relationships with customers and address their queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain records of client interactions and site visits.
Coordinate with the sales and management team for closures and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Male candidate aged between 24–32 years.
Must own a personal motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with local property market and locations preferred.
