We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at SFORCE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,500 - ₹22,500 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners.

• Generate business through the agency network and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Guide and motivate agents to improve their productivity and sales performance.

• Identify new business opportunities through market visits, references, and networking.

• Provide regular product and sales training to agents.

• Track daily/weekly business performance and prepare sales reports.

• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and support agents in closing sales.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

• Work towards achieving branch and individual business targets.Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
