We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at SFORCE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,500 - ₹22,500 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong customer and prospect database.
Handle lead generation, conversion, and regular client follow-up.
Develop new sources and expand the business network.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
