Ensure the stall is always stocked with the latest products, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently. Maintain a clean and attractive stall to promote products and attract customers. Provide demonstrations and explanations of products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.Sales & Customer Engagement:Engage with customers directly, actively listening to their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by driving product sales at stalls.Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally.Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for resolution on-site when possible.Delivery & Logistics:Manage the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Oversee product packaging and delivery logistics, ensuring safe transportation and proper handling of goods.Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with customers about their delivery status.Marketing & Promotions:Assist in the development and execution of on-site marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, offers, and events.Help drive awareness of the brand through social media, word of mouth, and promotional activities.Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to ensure relevant and competitive offers.Collect customer feedback and contribute insights for product and service improvements.Reporting & Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance and customer interactions, reporting results to the sales manager regularly.Track and report inventory levels, product movements, and sales trends to ensure stock is optimized for demand.
