Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our artistic and interior project services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, presenting our portfolio, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for statues, murals, interior projects, and fountains

• Visit clients, project sites, architects, builders, and contractors to promote company offerings

• Present company portfolio, designs, and project proposals professionally

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and execution teams

• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms to close deals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM or internal sales records regularly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction, interior design, art installations, or related industries

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to travel extensively and meet clients on-site

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Basic understanding of interior projects, architectural elements, or creative works is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
