💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive property sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a target-oriented mindset. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and other sales channels.

✅ Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.

✅ Present project details and conduct property demonstrations and site visits.

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

✅ Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM and MS Excel.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Required Skills

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

✔️ Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.

✔️ Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

✔️ Bachelor's degree is preferred (not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience).

⭐ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
