🚨 Hiring Alert | Sales Executive – Retail 🚨

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore.

If you have experience in retail sales, interior products, home furnishings, or project sales and enjoy interacting with customers, architects, and interior designers, we'd love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Lalbagh West Gate, Bangalore
💼 Position: Sales Executive – Retail (2 Openings)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
👨 Gender Preference: Male
📅 Experience: 2+ Years
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📆 Weekly Off: Sunday & Select Public Holidays
🎁 Benefits: PF, ESI & Other Applicable Benefits
📋 Interview Process: Face-to-Face (2 Rounds)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate retail sales for curtains, blinds, and interior furnishing products
✔ Visit architects, interior designers, and project sites to develop business opportunities
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
✔ Conduct product presentations and client meetings
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
✔ Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities

🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Retail Sales Experience
✅ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
✅ Customer Relationship Management
✅ Ability to Meet Sales Targets
✅ Field Sales & Client Interaction Experience
✅ Knowledge of Interior Furnishing Products is an added advantage

🔹 Language Requirements:
✔ Kannada – Mandatory
✔ Hindi – Mandatory
✔ English – Mandatory

🎯 Preferred Background:
Candidates from Interior Furnishing, Furniture, Home Décor, Building Materials, Modular Kitchen, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Paints, or Retail Sales industries are preferred.
