Job Title: Sales Executive – Home Loan / LAP (DSA Channel)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and field sales activities including door-to-door visits. The role involves working closely with Banks and NBFCs through a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel to source and close secured loan business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, references, and door-to-door sales.
Source Home Loan and LAP cases through direct customer interaction.
Develop relationships with Banks and NBFCs for smooth processing of loan files.
Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file login and sanction.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain MIS and daily sales reports.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 1–3 years in Home Loan / LAP sales (Bank / NBFC / DSA background preferred)
Strong lead generation and field sales experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
