💼 Experience: 2 - 4 Years in Construction Chemicals/Building Materials Sales
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales and achieve targets for a range of construction chemicals (e.g., waterproofing, tile adhesives, repair products) in the assigned territory.
Market Coverage: Conduct extensive field visits to identify and engage with Contractors, Builders, Architects, Consultants, and Dealers/Distributors.
Techno-Commercial Role: Present technical product information, provide solutions, and conduct on-site product demonstrations and trials.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Collections & Reporting: Ensure timely payment collection and provide accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven Field Sales experience, ideally in the construction chemical, waterproofing, paints, or allied building materials industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Chemical Engineering or a related field preferred).
Location: Thorough knowledge of the Ahmedabad and Vadodara markets with a willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent work.
Must Have: Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for field travel.
