Position: Sales Executive
Location: Balewadi, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified leads through various sources
Conduct client meetings and site visits for property presentations
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for deal closure
Maintain proper CRM updates and reporting
Key Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
Ability to handle site visits and field sales activities
