Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to expand our Channel Partner Network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding property dealers, brokers, and real estate consultants as channel partners. The role involves relationship building, networking, scheduling meetings for the senior sales team, and supporting channel sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach property dealers, brokers, and real estate consultants.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

• Generate new channel partner leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

• Schedule meetings between channel partners and the Sales Manager/Sales Executive.

• Follow up with prospective partners to ensure successful onboarding.

• Maintain a database of brokers, dealers, and channel partners in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team for partner meetings and site visits.

• Regularly communicate project updates, pricing, offers, and marketing materials to channel partners.

• Achieve monthly targets for channel partner acquisition and meeting generation.

• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.

• Prior experience working with brokers or property dealers will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel locally for broker meetings and networking events when required.
