What do we look for?
The primary role of the Sales Executive is to convert potential customer’s vehicles (Car, Light Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Commercial Vehicle) into CNG retrofitment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Visit potential customers in the field to convert the petrol/diesel vehicle into CNG vehicle.
2. Explain the customers regarding the benefit of the CNG conversion.
3. Conduct marketing campaigns and demos in the primary location to generate the quality leads.
4. Create the feeder network in the district like automobile workshop, accessories shop, motor insurance agents, RTO agents, new vehicle showroom, used vehicle showrooms, auto loan agents, etc..
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stake holders like customers, workshop partners, feeder network, client and RTO officer.
6. Coordinate with the Telecalling team to convert the potential customers.
7. Conduct frequent training to our partner workshop for the best customer experience.
8. Coordinate with the marketing team to run various marketing campaigns to increase the sales in the district.
Requirements:
1. 0 to 1 year experience (Any discipline – preferably in Business, Marketing, or Commerce).
2.Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
3.Looking to build the career in automobile industry and taking ownership
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Willingness to travel and work in the field.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven.
7. Basic understanding of sales techniques is a plus (training will be provided).
