Job Title: Field Sales Executive (CRO) – B2B Sales

Location: Katni, Chhatarpur, Shahdol, Satna, Rewa, Maihar, Nagod, Panna, Sidhi, Singrauli, Damoh, Umariya, Sagar.

About the Role:

Raabika is hiring Field Sales Executives to expand its B2B network. This role involves working directly with businesses, building strong relationships, and driving sales through on-ground activities. Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and onboard new business clients.

Present and explain company products/services (insurance & other offerings).

Follow up on leads and close deals (cold calling, meetings, door-to-door visits).

Maintain relationships with existing clients.

Report daily sales activities and performance.

Understand market trends and improve sales strategies.

Eligibility & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Below 12th / Graduate (all can apply).

Fresher & Experienced both eligible

Good communication and convincing skills required.

Basic knowledge of smartphone usage.

Willing to work in the field.

Requirements:

Bike mandatory

Valid Driving Licence

Smartphone required

Salary & Benefits:

₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (In-hand)
