Conduct market mapping to identify new outlets, customers, and business opportunities. • Carry out customer enrolments and ensure proper documentation as per company policy. • Take and manage orders from customers and ensure timely coordination for delivery. • Meet influencers in the market (such as retailers, distributors, contractors, or local opinion leaders) to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships. • Visit the assigned project markets and travel across multiple districts as required. • Ensure daily visits to nearby markets (up to 20 km radius from home, based on project location). • Observe market trends and competitor activities and share feedback with the team. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. • Prepare and share daily visit and sales reports with the reporting manager. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
