Plutus Realty Management is expanding its team and looking for ambitious, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and want to build a successful career in the real estate industry.

Position Details

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive – Field Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Location: In-Person / Field-Based

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Earnings: Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonuses

Your Role

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will manage customers throughout the property sales journey — from the initial enquiry and requirement understanding to property visits, negotiations, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and communicate with prospective property buyers through calls and other channels.

- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Recommend suitable properties from the company’s available inventory.

- Coordinate and accompany customers during property/site visits.

- Explain property features, specifications, pricing, location, amenities, and other relevant details.

- Handle customer queries and assist throughout the sales process.

- Support negotiations and help convert enquiries into successful bookings.

- Maintain accurate customer, follow-up, and booking information in the company CRM.

- Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation, networking, and follow-up.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

- Excellent at communication, follow-up, and relationship building.

- Persuasive, presentable, and customer-focused.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and motivated to achieve results.

- Professional and capable of handling customers effectively.

- Comfortable with field work and travelling for property/site visits.

- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

- Able to ride a Scooty, Electric Scooty, or Motorbike.

- Holding a valid Driving Licence.(MANDATORY)

- English – Good communication skills preferred

Qualification

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above preferred.
