Sales Executive

Join Photourja Technologies LLP and become a part of a growing renewable energy company focused on delivering rooftop solar EPC solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives who can build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and drive solar sales across both B2C and B2B segments.

Salary & Growth

• In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹50,000 (including incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close solar sales through cold calling, site visits, presentations, references, and field marketing activities.

• Handle both residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (B2B) solar sales opportunities.

• Identify potential clients for rooftop solar installations and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders, societies, and channel partners.

• Explain solar solutions, savings, subsidies, ROI, and installation processes to customers effectively.

• Conduct follow-ups on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales closures.

• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and daily activity updates.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, EPC, real estate, insurance, telecom, or field sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.

• Confidence in field sales, client meetings, and presentations.

• Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems and renewable energy is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer usage, CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
