What You’ll Do:

● Visit customers around the city and help them understand and opt for Oro’s gold

loan products.

● Follow up on leads assigned by the company and convert them into actual

customers.

● Generate new leads through your own network and outreach efforts.

● Research the market to understand customer needs and local opportunities.

● Build deep knowledge about our product and confidently give demos to customers.

● Handle objections and questions with patience and smart communication.

● Build trust with customers and maintain good relationships for future opportunities.

● Make sure customers get a smooth and satisfying experience throughout.

What We’re Looking For:

● Languages: Kannada & English are a must. Knowing other local languages is a

bonus.

● Great communication skills.

● Ability to connect with people and build quick rapport.

● Self-motivated, persuasive, and driven to hit goals.

● Comfortable travelling around the city on your bike (mandatory).

● Positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the go.
