Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales & Business Development

 Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.

 Promote company battery products to retailers, industries, solar contractors, and institutions.

 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

 Conduct regular market visits and field sales activities.

 Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

2) Customer Relationship Management

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

 Provide product information, pricing, and technical support.

 Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service team.

 Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.

3) Market Analysis

 Study competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.

 Identify new market opportunities.

 Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

4) Coordination & Documentation

 Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and service team.

 Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals.

 Maintain proper records of sales, payments, and customer database.

Required Skills:

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Good knowledge of automotive / inverter / solar battery market.

 Ability to achieve targets under pressure.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.

 Field sales experience preferred.
