🔩 HARDWARE SEGMENT – SALES EXECUTIVE

📍 Job Role: Sales Executive – Hardware Segment
🎓 Qualification: 12th / Graduate
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the Same Industry
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/- + Petrol Allowance + Incentives
📅 Weekly Meeting

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular market visits and dealer/shop visits for automobile hardware products
• Generate new business and maintain existing customers
• Achieve assigned monthly and weekly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with old & new accounts
• Regularly follow up with existing and potential customers
• Identify new dealers, retailers and business opportunities
• Conduct Laser Mapping of the assigned market/territory
• Collect market information, competitor pricing and product demand
• Generate orders and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, orders and payments
• Coordinate with the company regarding stock, orders and customer requirements
• Maintain and update old & new account details
• Follow up for outstanding payments
• Submit daily/weekly sales and market visit reports
• Attend weekly company meetings

✅ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Prior Automobile/Hardware sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of local market and dealer network
• Must be comfortable with regular field/market visits
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven
