📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented professional who will be responsible for recruiting insurance agents from the market, training them, and supporting them in generating health insurance business. The role also includes providing operational and service support to agents and their customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit insurance agents/advisors from the open market

• Build and develop a strong agency network

• Train agents on Niva Bupa health insurance products

• Motivate and guide agents to achieve business targets

• Support agents in closing sales and handling customer queries

• Assist in policy issuance, documentation, and follow-ups

• Ensure timely renewal collection and persistency

• Provide after-sales service support

• Conduct regular meetings and field visits with agents

• Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in insurance / BFSI / sales preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to recruit and manage a team
