Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

   • Sell life insurance products to individual customers.

   • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits.

   • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial need analysis.

2. Field Sales Activities

   • Travel within assigned territory to meet prospective clients.

   • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Agency Development

   • Recruit and train new insurance agents/advisors.

   • Motivate and support agents to meet their individual sales targets.

   • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews of the agent team.

4. Customer Relationship Management

   • Provide after-sales service and support for policy servicing.

   • Handle customer queries and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in life insurance or sales preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Willingness to travel within the city/region.
