Job Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities across assigned areas in Delhi NCR
Identify and develop new B2B clients (dealers, workshops, industries, etc.)
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Promote company products and explain technical features to clients
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred for field sales role
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B or field sales
Experience in lubricant, automotive, or industrial product sales is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Note: Candidates with experience in Automobile or Oil & Gas industry will be preferred.
