We are looking for a reliable and organized Business Development Executive having the technical aptitude to successfully sell uPVC and Aluminium Doors & Windows. Seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal skills & those who are self-motivated. Business Development Executives should be goal-oriented, competitive, and persuasive and have the ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

 Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities.

 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

 Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

 Cold calling and contacting architects to pitch products and services.

 Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

 Traveling to customer locations to sell an organization’s products or services, demonstrating the industrial product or service, and closing the sale with the customer.

 Create a purchase order or receive payment from the customer and arrange for the customer to receive the products or services in a timely fashion.

 Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale as well.

 Responsible for creating sales reports, maintaining files & reviewing competitors’ products and the employer’s new products to stay competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills,

 Proven work experience as a traveling salesman

 Should know Architectural Aluminium Section, Fabrication Output

 Should be experienced in Doors and Windows manufacturing company

 Must be open to travel, have own mode of transportation (bike, etc.)

 Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

 Comfortable using a computer and mobile phone, update trackers (MS Excel)
