Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with business associates and partners, and driving overall company growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Identify and establish relationships with new business associates and partners.
2-Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
3-Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
4- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
5- Lead negotiations and close profitable business deals in alignment with company goals.
6- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and network with potential partners.
7-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
8-Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, pipeline growth, and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
2-Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and achieving targets.
3-Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
5-Ability to formulate and execute strategic business plans independently. 6-Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
7-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Preferable).
8- Experience in the finance or investment industry will be considered an advantage.
