JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in Pune to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support overall sales operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert leads into orders.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

· Prepare quotations, offers, and customer follow-ups.

· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely execution.

· Maintain MIS reports, Excel trackers, and sales records.

· Visit clients and project sites whenever required.

· Support sales targets and business growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (B.Tech or relevant field preferred).

· Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.

· Excellent coordination and teamwork skills..

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

· Ability to generate leads and close sales.

· Basic understanding of market trends and customer requirements.

· Knowledge of sales reporting and follow-ups.

· Candidate must be from Pune.
