Job Description – Sales Executive (Steel Products)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and market research.
Promote and sell steel roofing sheets, PVC fencing, and other company products.
Visit retail shops, hardware stores, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and leads to convert them into sales.
Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities in the assigned market.
Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and field visit records.
Required Skills:
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Customer relationship management and business development abilities.
A target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in field sales.
Ability to identify new customers and develop business opportunities.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Prior experience in steel, roofing, construction materials, retail sales, or field sales will be an added advantage.
