Job Description:
-Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, painters, architects and customers in the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Promote and explain Asian Paints products and solutions.
Generate leads and support the sales team in converting them into business.
Track market activities, competitor products and pricing.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer/retailer outlets.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal sales teams.
Handle customer queries and provide product-related assistance.
Achieve assigned sales, collection and market-coverage targets.
Regularly update market visits, leads and sales activities.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Freshers may be considered depending on the specific opening; sales/field experience is an advantage.
Skills: Communication, convincing ability, relationship management and basic sales skills.
Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler + valid driving licence: Usually important for field-sales positions.
In simple words:
ECA = Field Sales + Dealer/Customer Relationship + Lead Generation + Market Visits + Target Achievement.
