About the Role

Are you a high-energy field sales professional with a proven track record of closing B2B deals?

We are a growing hospitality tech company providing restaurants and cafes with The Golden Fork, our next-generation, QR-code-based Order Management System. We are looking for aggressive, independent Field Sales Executives to onboard local restaurants, cafes, and lounges onto our platform.

This is a target-driven role designed for experienced closers who want the security of a highly competitive, stable base salary combined with uncapped earning potential for overperformance.

Compensation & Targets

Month 1 (Probation Period): ₹15,000 fixed salary.

Month 2 Onwards: ₹45,000 fixed salary.

Monthly Sales Target: 5 closed annual subscriptions per month.

Uncapped Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 flat commission for every additional sale closed beyond the monthly target of 5.

What You Will Be Doing

Direct Field Outreach: Walk into restaurants, cafes, food courts, and lounges in your assigned local territory.

Product Demos: Meet with restaurant owners, managers, or decision-makers and deliver a punchy, 2-minute live phone/tablet demo of our QR ordering system.

Closing Deals: Convince owners to modernize their ordering process, reduce staff load, and increase table turnover using our software.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the brief onboarding setup.

Fully Functional Demo App: A live test account on your phone so merchants can place a "mock order" and see the system work instantly.

Low-Friction Selling: You will have the authority to offer high-incentive introductory offers (like risk-free 14-day trials) to make closing incredibly easy.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of feet-on-the-street field sales or merchant acquisition experience. (Prior experience selling to restaurants via companies like Zomato, Swiggy, DotPe, Pine Labs, Magicpin, or Paytm is a massive plus).

Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and excellent face-to-face negotiation habits.

Tools: Must own a smartphone.

Mindset: Self-driven individuals who do not need micromanagement and are highly motivated to consistently hit and exceed their sales quotas.
