सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in channel sales and distribution sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, expanding the sales network, driving secondary sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop FMCG distributors and channel partners across the assigned territory.

Drive primary and secondary sales through the distribution network.

Identify new distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key channel partners.

Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned market.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

Ensure timely order generation and follow-up for collections/payments.

Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on market requirements.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and distribution activities.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG is mandatory.

Strong experience in channel sales and distribution sales.

Good knowledge of Delhi NCR/Gurugram markets preferred.

Experience in distributor and retailer management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field visits.

Should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Male candidates preferred.
