Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
College entry - identify, pitch, and get brand into colleges across the pilot micro-market.
On-ground sales kiosks - set up and run activations in colleges, speak to students, convert interest into sales.
Lead calling - follow up on captured leads, understand needs, and close the deal.
Customer feedback - structured conversations with early customers to surface insights and improvement areas
Partnerships - identify and close tie-ups with PGs, Hostels, student hangout zones, etc.
Build a weekly sales dashboard - leads, conversions, drop-offs, feedback themes, and share insights with the manager.
Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in B2C, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or other consultative sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Malayalam language knowledge will be an advantage
