Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of PET preform products in assigned territory/segment.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for consistent business growth.
2. Key Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with key customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
Support contract discussions related to pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide regular market feedback to management.
Assist in developing strategies to increase market share.
Support new product development initiatives by sharing customer insights.
4. Revenue & Profitability Focus
Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy margins.
Monitor pricing and contribute to cost-effective sales strategies.
Support efforts to improve overall profitability of the PET preform business.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data.
Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
