Generate business for Home Loan and LAP products through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, connectors, and real estate agents.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment schedules, and product features to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain customer follow-up and provide post-sales service.
Conduct market visits and field activities for lead generation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
