About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our showroom sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling E-Rickshaws and 3-Wheeler vehicles, generating leads, handling walk-in customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

2. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and benefits.

3. Generate leads through showroom visits, field activities, references, and local market visits.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

5. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

6. Achieve assigned monthly sales and retail targets.

7. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until delivery.

8. Coordinate with Finance, RTO, Service, and Delivery teams for smooth customer experience.

9. Develop relationships with local customers, drivers, fleet owners, and business prospects.

10. Conduct market visits to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.

11. Maintain daily sales reports, lead data, and customer records.

12. Ensure a positive customer experience and support after-sales coordination.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile / EV / E-Rickshaw / 3-Wheeler sales.

• Candidates with experience in commercial vehicle or automotive showroom sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and documentation will be an advantage.

• Should be comfortable with local market visits and field sales activities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and maintaining sales records.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
