*Company Description:* Krayvik is building India's most structured industrial scrap procurement and trading network connecting factories, manufacturing units, SMEs and authorized buyers.

*Role:* Business Development Manager - Industrial Metal Scrap

*Location:* Noida, Delhi NCR - Complete Field Role (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon Industrial Areas)

*Employment Type:* Full-Time, Field Work, Target-Based

*Salary:* ₹30,000 - ₹70,000 per month (Fixed + High Incentives) - _Ask client for exact budget_

*Experience Required:* Minimum 2+ Years in Metal Scrap / Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap / E-Waste / Industrial Waste / Steel Trading / Manufacturing Vendor Development

*Education:* Graduate / MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred) - Not Mandatory if experience is strong

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Identify and visit factories, foundries, and SMEs to source industrial metal scrap.

2. Develop and maintain supplier and buyer network across Delhi NCR.

3. Price negotiation, quality check, and deal closure for scrap material.

4. Achieve monthly procurement and revenue targets.

5. Daily reporting of field visits and leads in CRM.

*Candidate Must Have:*

- Proven track record in scrap / recycling / steel / industrial sales.

- Strong local industrial network in NCR.

- Own bike + Driving License mandatory.

- Excellent negotiation skills.
