Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.

• Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, and online inquiries.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Assist customers throughout the sales process until the purchase is completed.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or sales register.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is an advantage).

• Positive attitude and a team player.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA/BBM preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with internship or part-time sales/customer service experience will have an added advantage.
