About the Company

Kartik CNC And Laser Solution is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery, including Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Wooden Router Machines, CNC Stone Router Machines, Laser Welding Machines, Laser Marking Machines, and Stone Pillar Profile Machines. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp, email marketing, social media, exhibitions, and field visits.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable CNC & Laser Machine solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth machine delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, industrial exhibitions, and product demonstrations.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (Experience preferred over qualification).

• Experience: 2–5 years in Industrial Machinery, CNC Machines, Laser Machines, Engineering Products, B2B Sales, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp Business, Internet).

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in selling CNC Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Laser Welding Machines, Engineering Equipment, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing Products will be given preference.
