Job Title: Sports Centre Executive

Job Summary:

The Sports Centre Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the sports facility, ensuring smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the sports centre

Manage staff, trainers, and facility schedules

Ensure maintenance and safety of equipment and premises

Plan and organize sports activities, programs, and events

Handle memberships, bookings, and customer queries

Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall centre performance

Maintain high standards of service and member experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field

0–2 years of experience in sports facility or centre management
