🎯 Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling medical surgical / medical device products to hospitals, distributors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and a proven sales track record.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, distributors & medical stores
✔ Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
✔ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for order processing & dispatch
✔ Monitor competitor activities and market trends
✔ Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups

🎓 Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Business preferred)
🧠 4–5 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Medical Device sales
📈 Strong knowledge of hospital sales process & distributor network
🚗 Willingness to travel for client visits

💼 Skills Required

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Strong relationship-building abilities
✔ Good understanding of healthcare market dynamics
