Key Responsibilities
- Develop new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and car-accessory shops.
- Conduct regular market visits across Delhi-NCR.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Build relationships with car accessories dealers, car detailing studios, car wrapping and PPF shops, car-care retailers and distributors.
- Promote company products, explain product features and demonstrate their benefits.
- Understand market demand, competitor products, pricing and dealer margins.
- Generate orders, negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations, dispatches, repeat orders and outstanding payments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases and monthly sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in automotive accessories, car-care products or automotive aftermarket sales.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi-NCR automotive accessories market.
- Existing dealer and distributor contacts preferred.
- Experience in B2B field sales and new customer development.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for market visits.
- A valid driving licence and two-wheeler would be an advantage.
