We are looking for a well-mannered, professional, and client-focused individual for a site-based real estate sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the project’s features, amenities, specifications, and luxury offerings
Professionally approach and communicate with clients
Conduct site visits and present the project effectively
Build strong relationships and understand client requirements
Handle regular follow-ups after site visits
Assist clients with negotiations and closing
Convert leads into successful bookings
Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the sales process
