Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
