Sales Executive

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for our premium range of uPVC windows, system aluminium windows, and glass solutions. The role involves field sales, client interaction, and conversion of leads into successful projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through site visits, references, and market research

• Meet homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product solutions

• Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing

• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams

• Maintain proper sales records and daily reporting

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Products to Handle

• uPVC Windows & Doors

• System Aluminium Windows

• Glass Railings

• Shower Enclosures

• Glass Partitions & Skylights

• Steel Doors

🔹 Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred in construction/interiors/building materials)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of site measurements (preferred)

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Ability to work in field sales role

• Two-wheeler & valid license preferred

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Local candidate familiar with Pune market

• Confident personality with good presentation skills

• Ability to handle customers independently
