JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position: Sales Executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Moradabad | Lucknow | Kanpur | Noida | Faridabad | Gurugram | Meerut | Agra | Mathura

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 Gross Per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Assistant Managers to generate new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors, architects, and builders.

- Promote company products to existing and prospective customers.

- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.

- Identify new business opportunities and project leads.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.

- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

- Ensure timely payment collection and provide customer support.

- Prepare and submit daily sales and market visit reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of dealer and project sales.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Target-oriented and good customer relationship management skills.
