Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Split Shift – 8 Hours Total)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales/Business Development Executive to support
our business growth initiatives. The role involves extensive fieldwork, client
interaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should
have strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and
networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned business development targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
• Maintain regular reports on field activities and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of experience in any field (experience in sales/BD is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork on a regular basis
• Proactive approach toward business development and growth
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
